Returns and Refund Policy
The refund policy is extracted from the general terms and conditions of sale.
ARTICLE 1 – REFUNDS
In case of product return, we will refund within 30 days of receiving the product.
We do not accept any refunds for parcel delays before 6 weeks; however, if the parcel is declared lost by the carrier before this date, we will refund the order within 30 days using the payment method used.
After 6 weeks, the parcel will be considered lost, and you can request a refund.
ARTICLE 2 – CANCELLATION
Order cancellations are only possible if you have contacted us within 24 hours of your order and if the order has not yet been processed. In case of cancellation, we reserve the right not to refund transaction fees.
ARTICLE 3 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

3.1 – Legal period for the right of withdrawal
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty. After communicating your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal within this 14-day period, you have another period of 14 days to return the product(s) concerned by the withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to customers outside the European Union.
3.2 – Contractual withdrawal period
On beyoli.co, we offer you the possibility to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the products. You then have another period of 14 days from the communication of your decision to withdraw to return the product(s) concerned.
In the case of an order containing multiple products placed on beyoli.co, the 14-day period for communicating your decision to withdraw runs from the receipt of the last product.
The modalities for exercising your right of withdrawal are specified in 24.3.
3.3 Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal within the period specified in 3.2, only the price of the product(s) purchased and the shipping costs will be refunded, with the return costs remaining at your expense.
Returns must be made in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing their re-commercialization as new, and, if possible, accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice for optimized management. In case of depreciation of the product resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the product, your liability may be engaged.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with legal provisions, you will find below, in the annex, the standard withdrawal form to send to us at the company's address. You can exercise your right of withdrawal by any means, including by postal mail or an email to support@beyoli.co, clearly expressing your wish to withdraw, and mentioning the order concerned by this withdrawal.
Once the form or withdrawal declaration has been sent to BEYOLI no later than 14 days after receiving your order, you must return the product(s) concerned to BEYOLI's address within a reasonable period and, at the latest, within 14 days from the sending of the form or withdrawal declaration.
In accordance with Council Regulation No. 1182/71/EEC of 3 June 1971 determining the rules applicable to periods, dates and time limits: 1° The day on which the contract is concluded or the day on which the goods are received is not counted in the period mentioned in Article L. 221-18; 2° The period begins at the start of the first hour of the first day and ends at the expiration of the last hour of the last day of the period; 3° If this period expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.
When information relating to the right of withdrawal has not been provided to the consumer under the conditions provided for in paragraph 2 of Article L. 221-5, the withdrawal period is extended by twelve months from the expiry of the initial withdrawal period, determined in accordance with Article L. 221-18. However, when the provision of this information occurs during this extension, the withdrawal period expires at the end of a fourteen-day period from the day the consumer received this information.
The burden of proving the exercise of the right of withdrawal under the conditions provided for in Article L. 221-21 rests with the consumer.

3.5 – Refusal of parcels
In case of withdrawal, return costs will be at your expense and automatically deducted from your refund even if the initial shipping costs were offered.
If your refusal is due to an anomaly observed on the packaging or your product:
In this case, the return costs will be borne by BEYOLI. For more information on processing your after-sales service, please contact us at support@beyoli.co.
3.5 – Refund
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, BEYOLI will refund the sums paid (including delivery costs) no later than 30 days from the date on which BEYOLI is informed of your decision to withdraw and using the same payment method as that used for the order (unless you expressly agree to a refund by another means of payment). This refund date may be deferred until the product is recovered or until you have provided proof of dispatch of the product, the date taken being the first of these events. BEYOLI is not obliged to reimburse you for additional costs if you have expressly chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method offered on beyoli.co.
BEYOLI is not obliged to reimburse you for customs duties upon withdrawal. To obtain a refund or remission of duties, you must submit a request to the customs office or the service that notified the debt.
It is specified, however, in the event of total or partial payment by gift vouchers, that these cannot be reimbursed in cash, by cheque, or by credit card. The refund of purchases made with gift vouchers will be made exclusively in the form of gift vouchers for an amount identical to that paid in this form.
No cash-on-delivery shipments will be accepted for any reason whatsoever.
